First Day

As promised I just finished the fitness test!
Oh my Gosh was that ever hard! but i pushed through even though I had to take alot of breaks. It was intense but the breaks that they give you make it nice. It was hard and I was out of breath the whole time it kicked my butt! However I feel really good about myself for actually finishing it this time I stuck through it and gave it my all (which wasn't much)!
So day One the fitness test complete it was a 25 minute workout with like 10 breaks in it.
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, and I already feel my confidence boosting.

Some tips
I read online in My fitness Pal where alot of people have tried Insanity and done the workouts that the best way to prevent soreness the next day is to do ALOT of stretching before and after the workouts. The actual workout gets you started with a warm up and does a stretch in the middle and the end of the workout. I paused the tape and did extra stretches because the soreness the next day killed me and made me quit Insanity the last time. They also say eat a banana and take Ibuprofen and Drink chocolate milk if you cant make a recovery shake right after the workout. (I haven't done any of this yet, my first stop was the shower I hate being sweaty, and the have to puke feeling in the middle of the work out didn't make the chocolate milk or the banana sound very appetizing my stomach is still a little upset)


I have a question for you guys though do you ever feel embarrassed about working out?

I was really embarrassed about doing insanity today so much so that I put it off until the last minute until I finally talked myself into it (my Katy Perry and P!nk playlist helped alot) weird thing is that I am completely alone has this ever happened to anyone else? I am completely alone and embarrassed to workout in front of myself, weird huh?




(Btw 30 minutes after the workout and my face is still blood red!)







also wanted to share a few things that motivated me to try insanity






This guy right here is my main motivation his name is cooper and boy is he hyper, I want to be more active for him so that we can do more things together without me being so tired and worn out all the time.










 I want results like this in my 60 days


















She motivates me if she can do it why cant I?
Kudos to her for working through it i hope I can be as strong as her!
